“C’mon, it won’t be so bad!” Jxk dragged you into the library and you sighed.

“We’ve only known each other for a week and already you think its okay to wake me up early on a weekend?” It was true, you had met Jxk in your math class and you saw her drawing country flags in her notebook. You asked her if she knew what Hetalia was and she immediately fangirled. You both became quick friends after that. You had woken up to your friend calling you, dramatically explaining over the phone that she needed a new library book and that she wanted you to accompany her.

“I’ll be in the horror section or in the adult section, which ever intrigues me more.” With her sly grin, she slipped over to the mentioned sections. You glanced around, sighing again. You were a big reader, but you were more into fanfiction *cough*reader-inserts*cough*. You headed toward the back of the library, where a lonely table sat. Sliding into a seat, you looked at the section this table was near.

Fairy Tales. Great, you had to be in the most childish section in the whole library. You didn’t mind much, since you wouldn’t be reading. You leaned back in your chair and closed your eyes. You were thinking about having a snooze, when you heard the sound of a slamming book on a table.

“Don’t tell me, you’re sleeping!” You opened your eyes to see a disgruntled

“Can you blame me? I was up late last night.” You yawned a little bit, while Jxk shook her head. She headed to a shelf and with a quick scan, swiped out a book and set it in front of you.

“Here you go! A bunch of fairytale classics, ranging from Cinderella to The Little Mermaid. They’re not a hard read you know.” She sat in front of you smiling and you groaned.

“Yeah, but I’ve heard everyone of these stories before, so why waste my time?” You asked. Jxk stared off in thought for a sec’, but looked back to you with a smirk.

“Imagine that you’re the princess in the story and the hero is that one Hetalia guy ya like!” You blushed lightly and stared at her like she was crazy.

“What?!” She laughed lightly.

“I do it sometimes with the character I like, especially with classics. You should give it a shot.” And with that, she opened up her book and got herself lost in it. You stared at the cover of your book for a moment and made a decision. You flipped open the book and began reading. Before you knew it, your eyelids became heavy and your vision became dark.
