For 's 70's Mayhem Art Contest. [link]Where it was to draw a 7th character for this lineup:
"A smart, but perky girl with some cool glasses, preferably brown hair. A skirt of some sort" Was the description given for her.
I see her outfit as her wearing a super short skirt, but wearing long bell bottoms. I really liked the Orange hair, but threw in the brown hair as an option as well.
This was a lot of fun to do!
