Description
Hello. This a compilation of all icons/menu sprites/whatever you want to call them. Its numbered and colour-coded for your convenience. I just had this lying around so I touched it up a bit and decided to post it. Updated it with USUM Pokemon, Redid the layout.
Edit 2: Added Meltan and Melmetal, added the updated sprites that only some Pokemon received in LGPE and added space for Gen 8 in advance, so I won't feel overwhelmed and only have to add the sprites in.

I was going to comment on how there's a total of 317 new icons that're going to be added in this eventually but then I remembered the expansion pass plans to add in 200+ Pokemon both old & new. Just a head's up you'll probably want to change the size of these boxes for Eternatus alone.

Hopefully Generation 8 will give us proper Mega Evolution icons unlike that bullcrap they pulled in Let's Go.

I know, it’s so stupid. That’s why I kept the older ones. Especially if there are new Megas. Then I’d have to put them in.
I also hope they either give all Pokemon the bigger icons that some received, or don’t give any. Having some be big and some be small doesn’t look as nice.

Once gen 8 comes, fix the Icondex, please. Icons must be regular according to Bulbapedia’s List of Pokémon by National Pokédex Number.

I made a letter to the Pokémon Company saying that they should stop making new Pokémon anymore after gen 8 and make gen 8 have 193 Pokémon. I am pretty sure they will say yes.

Remember my earlier comment? 2 mistakes! Shellos and Gastrodon's ALTERNATE forms are East Sea! Also, WHY POKEMON EGG!? Fix Shellos and Gastrodon and remove the Pokemon Egg and add Zenith Marshadow immeadiately!

I have the Egg there because I want to have a fully comprehensive list of all icons. And by Zenith Marshadow, do you mean the form he gets when using his Z-Move? Because as far as I’m aware, that doesn’t have an icon.

I actually use a fusion of those two sprites. It has the XY sprite's body & the ORAS's sprite's head.
