LoL, Muzzy is one of my favorite characters in "Thoroughly Modern Millie" especially played by Carol Channing! XDWhy is she a cat?
Well this is also a bit of Lackadaisy fan art. I figure since there both in the 1920's it would fit purrrfectly. LoL!
