New OC who's design is loosely based on Flambeon's (who I'll redesign sometime).

I've been trying out an anime eye style on a few drawings lately and I tried it out here. It's based off of the cute child eye style from the Elfen Lied manga, which I've been reading lately and wow is it good. ;u;
However it's a little more mature than the anime.

I guess I should write about Charmy. I didn't plan on making a new character but there's no way I could ever give up this design.

Name: Charmy
Gender: Female
Age: uh.....I'm not gonna give her an exact age... somewhere between 8 and 14.
Personality: Charmy is kind of shy, but overall kind. She isn't a fighter and tries to avoid any sort of conflict (which is hard to do in my cartoon universe). She's kind of an air head.
Bio: Charmy doesn't have a backstory yet, but it won't be exciting.

I can see her being a familiar to a character or something like that. I'll keep her in mind for any future series.

Also the wings might be just a special ability of hers that lasts for sort amounts of time or something.
