Description
I rarely can make a character who truly looks male to me. Sure in my head I usually have an instinct towards any design of mine where I'm like "that's a dude" or "totally a girl" but I know that other people might see it differently. I guess my characters are too cute to be manly. Well, Deerrain is neither cute or manly. He is just a dork. But seriously who says a character needs to look like there gender anyways? I mean, you could totally have a character who's a grown man with a beard who wears a dress. That's the beauty of fictional characters. They can be anything you want them to be....except real.
That shirt that I'm wearing panel one is my German Club shirt that says "Zu heiß für dich" which means "Too hot for you". The picture is a lady on fire from a German Children's storybook called Struwwelpeter and the story in the book that it's from is called Die gar traurige Geschichte mit dem Feuerzeug (The Dreadful Story of the Matches). The book is full of dark heartwarming bedtime stories that will teach your children valuable life lesson and will not help them sleep at night.
