The second Seville but not the last.

welp I've been putting off my human character bios for awhile now. I tried to start them with Claire three months ago, but after finishing the bios for her story I stopped in favor of random creature OCs. It's time to try to get back into my human character bios, so here's one from a story idea from 2015. This story only has two characters (well technically there were a few more but idk if I like them) so it will be quick.

I still suck at humans. |D once I'm finally through the majority of my character bios I need to double-down and get better at drawing humans, but for now everybody will be drawn in this weird style.

Name: Seville (also known as Sweeper)

Series: Sweeper

Age: 12-14

Gender: Cis Male (he/his/himself)

Species: Human

Favorite Food: Cranberry Scones

Abilities: Can fight with a broom, some martial arts, and sign language.

Likes: Making new friends, justice, sweets, animals, fighting crime, ghost stories, and board games.

Dislikes: Evil people, bitter foods, winter, and math.

Personality: Seville is very friendly and easygoing. He's very good at remaining calm in tense situations and rarely loses his cool. He has a strong sense of justice and has a strong desire to help people. Seville has never let the fact that he's mute stop himself from making friends, and can be more playful than he appears at first glance. He's rarely seen without a smile. He mostly communicates with sign language, writing, and simple gestures (such as thumbs up and shaking his head). He seems to have a slight interest in the occult.

Home: Mazen City

History: Seville was born and raised in Mazen City. Growing up mute, he was taught sign language. Seville's parents run a detective agency, which left Seville with an interest for the field at a young age. At some point as a teen, he began fighting crime with a broom under the alias "Sweeper". One day during his adventures, he met and befriended a boy his age named Tamba.

Current Bio: Seville currently fights crime in Mazen City as the broom wielding hero named Sweeper with Tamba by his side. He often pretends to be a janitor/cleaner in order to hide in plain sight.

Meta-History: Seville was created in 2015, possibly late 2014 during my senior year of high school. During that time, I was challenging myself to come up with a story without any kind of fantasy or science fiction elements (especially since Sweeper's sister story, Galactic Sugar Rush, is one of my weirder stories). Sweeper was the result of this idea, and I ended up drawing the main characters once digitally Tamba And Seville Anyways, I decided to make the protagonist a mute boy since I thought it would be interesting. Around the time I was creating the story, I had seen a manga where the main character fought with a broom and was inspired to do the same with my character. I sadly don't remember what the name of the manga was but I'm guessing it was QQ Sweeper (but I could have sworn it was a manga by Peach-Pit). Like a lot of characters I made as a kid/teen, his age seems a little improbable in the story, especially in my story notes Google Doc where it's stated he works part-time as a janitor despite being 12-14 years old. He's not the first character I've made named Seville, and he is definitely not the last.

Relationships with other characters:

Tamba: Over the course of the story, Seville and Tamba become best friends. The two are very close.
