LOL Yes! Just yes. No need to Bill-proof the Shack! Just Bill-proof the world by trapping him inside a drawer (and maybe put some unicorn hair around the dresser just to be safe).
I would let him sleep, then use unicorn hair to prepare a jar that Bill can't escape from, quietly use the glowy-shrinky flashlight to shrink Bill, then quickly put Bill inside the jar, screw the lid on, and put the last lock of hair in place, sealing the jar with Bill inside. Then I would give the jar to Stan, whom I would imagine would make an attraction out of Bill.
