It was made by Joyride Studios. These babies routinely go for $100 on Ebay.

There's a new Cortana figure out by McFarlane with actual detailing painted on. It's really nice, if rather hard to find. I lucked out and got one. and the light-up effect is much better.

It's the Halo 3 version, but I wouldn't mind a Halo 1 version with the shorter haircut and purple color.
