Haven't drawn Pound Puppies fanart in a good while. Decided I was going to draw Salty AKA that dog with the voice of Mr. Krabs. Since I liked him and thought his episode was a bit of a tear jerker, at least to me.Salty, Pound Puppies (c) Hasbro and The Hub.
