Yep!
He started out as a sort of a loose Green Hornet/Kato amalgamation for City of Heroes (hence the green) but has been a bit redesigned for an upcoming project.
Hopefully I'll get some newer pics uploaded here soonish.

Yes... Cyphon is a cosmic deity-powered Superman/Captain Marvel type of hero with a temper.
The Hornet is a biochemically-enhanced martial artist/conspiracy theorist type with throwing knives and darts. Enhanced strength, agility, reflexes and a healing factor. Like Captain America, I suppose.
It is no bother.
