Description
A character I created many months ago! It is a genderless 'dragon' of sorts that can spit a corrosive breath that is light enough to be suspended in air. This phenomenon looks like a nebula - but don't touch the nebula-breath because you'll lose a hand lmao.Took 3 hours on PS CS6 using a Wacom Intuos PenΒ + Touch. Only made frustrated noises twice.
