ENORMOUS FILE LOLMy very first tutorial C:
I did a poll a while ago, and you guys thought I should make a tutorial, so here you go ^3^
I hope it's useful! It's not a pro thing, but I did my best
And remember: This is they way I like to color my chibis. Keep experimenting and find something that you feel comfortable with. Good luck, and have fun

Question, lots of people apply gaussian blur once they're finished, but what does it actually do?

It gives a really nice ''smooth'' look, like there is light being reflected from the chibi. I don't really know how to explain, but it makes the pic look better (:
