This guy is just way too much fun to draw, honestly.
You know, I seriously love this movie. One of my favorites...but I can't watch the whole thing. I hate that cat! It creeps me out so much.

Homeless, drunk, singing mice? Awesome.P.S. Obviously this isn't entirely traditional art like I posted it as but it started that way and I just colored it up a bit afterwards.

Was it three times he used his pipe? Let's see: he was smoking it as Olivia told her story, he lit it up again after she was kidnapped by Fidget in the toyshop, and then...well, he smoked a cigarette while in disguise at the Rat Trap, so does that count? Anyway, I love viewing simple sketches. It's not necessary to draw his entire body if they're just doodles. You've done a really great job here as well. I agree he is a lot of fun to draw; it probably explains why I did it so much.

The 2002 DVD has The Adventures of The Great Mouse Detective title, or from the 1992 theatrical re-release. The 2010 Mystery in the Mist Edition restored the original 1986 title. Since I'm a big fan of the movie, I bought the 2010 edition anyway.
