It's TMNT time!Here's Raph playing in the rain... well... more like getting himself in trouble as usual. This one had been bouncing around in my head for quite a while... and here it is. I really hope you all enjoy this one, as much as I enjoyed working on it. Do let me know what you think!

this is hands down my all time favorite tmnt picture i have ever seen. time and time again, i come back to this picture, as well as throughout the years, have shown this picture to all my friends of whom i speak geek with. :-D
