Wow this is amazing! Please please, I must know how you acheived such abrilliant effect...I've been trying for a few months now in Photoshop...Nothing is working out too well.

Ok, let me think....I lowered the levels and increased the contrast of the whole picture then made a copy of the pupil and increased the saturation for that and then pasted it back ontop of the original picture......I think that's what I did i'm not exactly sure.
