Nobody's every really explored this concept before. What if a being evolved in a two dimensional world, but the principles of physics and evolution still applied. This is my best idea of what that might be. Just like how humans are symmetrical side to side these guys are pretty symmetrical from front to back, as they couldn't turn around they'd have to be the same on either end.

They have a single tentacle claw on either end. Because a more traditional hand wouldn't work well, being that it physically impossible to exist in two detentions.

Eyes and mouths are still useful (though just like how we basically see in 2d they'd basically see in 1d). Tough as a full digestive system would cut the creature in half, so a two dimensional creature would be stuck regurgitating its waste like a jellyfish does. (I tried my best to make the blood vessels so they wouldn't sever as well).

The lungs and reproductive organs are in the center, neither are of note. Because they are internal the brain is in one head and the mechanism for speaking is in the other.
