This is my version of Bill Cipher, I another one too. And I am so sorry if it looks alike someone else Bill Cipher, it's maybe I took references from others on this one. But the other one I have, doesn't I've took references. I had this other design at the school when I worked at this piece of work.

In all fanfiction I read about gravity falls they say Bill Cipher's humanform are like a meatbag or meatsuit. And meatbag means he took over a human body or someone/something (I can't explain better than this sorry ^^')
