i had a hard to coming up with, "what's magical?" for the background. so the blue stuff, it isn't water, it's a shield.
i'm not a very magical person like ~IgneoBern but whatever
i really like the way i did Miya's hair. looks really nice.

You got their clothes right, they both wear the same clothes, that is if either Nicole or Miya was in hat form but I know I wanted them two to be together, it's nice to see them two together. Lucky guess with Miya's lollypop she love strawberries
As for the background nice try but magic can be whatever you believe it is, as long there's no blood after cutting someone in half
