I have been wanting to draw this reference picture for a very long time....but just didn't have the time... This is a drawing based on one of my favorite artists here, Robin... Just in case, if you haven't seen her gallery yet, go check itI'm happy with the outcome...kinda turned out the way i wanted it

I really like this piece, Robin looks so realistic, and so fragile, the the hair (which is really well done) covering her face is like she's hiding, however to butterfly looks very 2D and cartoony, which is sad, because without that, this piece would be a lot stronger

I don't know how exactly to explain it... it is like, the girl is sad, at the same time, strong...stating that she is not grieving for somebody in particular..
The title is actually a phrase from one of the Evanescence's songs..
