I was sitting like a derp in a deck chair on the cruise ship when I ran through Derek's goofy moments...twas a lot of moments. I got to a thought when Derek tries to put his hand on Beth's shoulder in "Birthdazed" and then later has a connection with her in the "Road Tripp" episode.So, what if Derek just wanted to freak Tripp out and suggest that he was going to his mom.
This would never happen, but okay.
