Description
Thought I would draw something since I haven't drawn in a while. I have been into Warframe lately so I thought I could take a crack at creating a warframe. I know I am not the only one who thinks of warframes every time they hear Amazon and Twitch prime so here is Amazon. Seems like I need more practice.Done in Gimp.

I guess you are right, the only way to make it less op is to have a fixed duration, range, strength, and efficiency but then there would be no point to the mods. Either that or make her abilities weak, but then again that wouldn't be fun. It would make more sense if it was a percentage based increase or fixed with the level of the ability. Mhmmm, requires more though. Guess that's what happens when I prioritize synergy between abilities over functionality.
