weird i dont have that problem. my guess is that probably you have another mod that is modyfing akuma, you can try to move all your mods away in another folder(outside of the mods folder). just let my mod in there and try it .

also i just noticed that you can have access to the hair if u have season pass, when i was doing this mod i forgot that we  all dont have it....
but u can see i dont have the brown skin....so try my mod alone, AND you have to choose pale skin or dark skin you delete one.

1_ have you checked the replaced items in the comment section here? i shared screenshots to show you guys the items you should use.
2_ if one item is not showing then you probably have another mod installed that is using the same item
