Wait wait... don't tell me... you thought i was done. Hellll no! I couldn't let the french represent all the musketry in the game! The Brown Bess was a beast! It deserved some time in a game somewhere! Fortunately, Space: 1889 handles firearms extremely well in a fantasy type setting, so here it is, along with a generic bayonet that was typical of the era. As anyone who still plays the game can see, the cutlass stats are straight off of the original game materials, as are the "on rifle" stats for the bayonet. None of this stuff is over-the-top. No, gunpowder was not some magical substance in our campaign. It was sulfur, charcoal, and saltpeter.
