Your eyes were slowly beginning to droop as you sat on the couch in your living room. The movie that your classmate, Maehara, suggested and lent you turned out to be nothing but a bore, and the fact that the audio was drowned out completely by the sounds of the heavy rain outside wasn’t helping with the movie’s appeal to you one bit.

You breathed out a sigh and rested your cheek on top of a stuffed bear that your boyfriend had gotten you when the two of you went to the arcade earlier that day. It was big, fluffy and absolutely adorable with its big, round, black eyes and cute pink nose! It even had a big, red and dark green plaid ribbon wrapped around its neck.

Looking at the stuffed bear reminded you of your boyfriend and you couldn’t help but glance over to the other end of the couch where the red-haired-male who had always proudly confirmed himself to be that very boyfriend of yours sat, asleep. You stifled a giggle at the sight of him. He’s known to be the sadistic bad boy in your class but he looked like the total opposite when he’s asleep. With his sleeping face all cute and innocent; it reminded you of how lucky you were to have him.

Just then, an idea popped into your head and you smirked as you silently and cautiously shifted closer on the couch to the redhead. Once he was within arms’ length, you reached out your hand and slowly poked his cheek. He didn’t respond, so you poked again… and again… and again. And soon enough, what started out as a gentle poke eventually became a vigorous poke attack.

“Ow! Ow! Ow!” the redhead exclaimed when he had finally awoken and his mercury eyes darted from the meek expression on your face to your index finger which was just about to strike his cheek again. “What do you think you’re doing, (Y/ N)-chan?” he asked, gritting his teeth at you.

“You fell asleep during the movie.” You stated then the smirk from earlier made its way back onto your face as you said, “And you’re drooling, Karma-kun.”

The redhead's eyes widened and his hand immediately flew to his mouth to wipe off any drool that might be there. His reaction was priceless! But then you noticed something happen that made you question your eyesight and probably also your sanity. What you saw was your sadistic boyfriend and your class’, no wait, your school’s certified bad boy, blush.

“K-Karma-kun…” you stared in disbelief. “Are you… blushing?” you couldn’t hide the shocked amusement in your voice.

And when you thought that the moment couldn’t get better, Karma’s blush rose and his face was almost an identical color to his hair. You burst into a paroxysm of laughter and reached both your hands out to pinch your adorable, blushing boyfriend’s cheeks. “You’re really blushing, Karma-kun!” you laughed. “I never thought that I’d be lucky enough to see the day that Akabane Karma blushes!”

“S-stop it!” he slapped your hands away and glared at you but you weren’t fazed by it.

You let out a content sigh after you had finished laughing at your boyfriend’s embarrassment. “You are just so cute, Karma-kun.” You said and you couldn’t help but crack a smile as the redhead looked away in humiliation at your words.

“But,” you said and shifted your way back to your end of the couch and grabbed the stuffed bear, pulling it into a hug. “Bear-kun will always be the cutest!” you grinned and cuddled with the stuffed bear before pausing to say, “I wonder if he could be my boyfriend, he’s definitely cute enough to be!”

You then held the bear tighter to cuddle some more when you felt an arm wrap around your waist and pulled you back until you hit something hard. You craned your neck around to see Karma sitting behind you, your upper back pressed against his chest. He had his infamous devilish smirk plastered across his face… nothing good ever comes out of that smirk.

“K-Karma-kun…” you trailed off as the redhead leaned down and whispered into your ear, “You’re wrong, (Y/ N),” he said your name without any honorific which just made it all the more intimate. You then felt one of your hands which held Bear-kun being pried away and Karma’s own hand slowly touching yours and intertwining your fingers together with indescribable gentleness. “You’re the cutest one.”

You could feel your face burn at the red-haired male’s words. “K-Karma-k-kun-” you stuttered but he stopped you mid-speech. “Honorifics be damned.” He said, his voice husky and sultry enough to overwhelm you. “(Y/ N),” he murmured and kissed your cheek. Your eyes widened immensely at the abruptness of his actions and you cheeks burned crimson at the intimateness of his actions.

“W-what are y-you doing, K-Karma-k…” your stopped as you felt him plant another kiss, this time on your neck. You gasped and you felt a shiver ran down your spine as he pulled down your shirt slightly, revealing your bare shoulder. Your reaction wouldn’t have been so impactful if only he had used his hand to pull down your shirt instead of his teeth.

Karma then trailed more soft, feather-like kisses from the slope of your neck to your shoulder. Just before placing a kiss, he would always murmur your name in that husky tone of his. This time, it wasn’t only your face that was heating up from his actions, your body was burning up so much that you thought that you might’ve gotten a fever. By the time that he’d finally stopped with the kisses, your body had already gone limp from the heat.

“What’s wrong, (Y/ N)?” Karma asked, smirking. His mercury orbs were gleaming with malice as he looked down at your weak body in his arms. “You’re all flustered. But I can’t say that I mind though, you look adorable in this state.”

“You are evil…” you managed to whisper as you endeavored to regain all the composure that you had lost. The redhead then forged the innocent face that he was so excellent at. “Oh? And what makes you think that?” and all that false innocence was gone within the second that devilish crept back onto his attractive face.

“You’re getting me back for teasing you earlier.” You said weakly.

His smirk grew and whispered, his tone low and sultry. “Well, you do know how I love getting my revenge.” His face leaned in and your faces were so close that you felt his soft lips graze yours. “And I couldn’t think of any other sweeter revenge than teasing you back.”

Your breath hitched and you were blushing furiously at the closeness of your bodies. But none of that mattered as the only thing that crowded your thoughts was the red-haired male’s lips just lightly touching yours.

“But,” he breathed, his hot breath hitting your lips and sending another shiver to run down your spine. “I’m at my limit.” And with that, he closed the short distance between you two completely by placing his lips onto yours.
