Description
This is a character I made up for one of my manga ideas. He's the leader of a gang that basically wears the same type of clothes. The differences between him and his subordinates are his huge shoulder armors and cloak. All coloring done on Photoshop CS2, I'm still learning how to use it all so this was one for experimentation.
