Archimedes issue #7

After repairing his suit, Kirby gets back to flying around town and doing his best to help others until he is being stopped by the police. Not wanting to cause trouble, he goes with them and is led to a crime scene were two people had been murdered. Nearby there is a cricket drone attached to an ATM that is sending out a message to summon Archimedes. Now that he has arrived, the message changes telling him to arrive at warehouse nearby and surrender himself, or more people will die. Kirby agrees, but the moment he enters the warehouse it closes and seals the door behind him and a massive robot is dropped in the midst of the police outside.

Kirby is kept from the battle by a swarm of drones that do their best to incapacitate him, but he manages to escape and get outside where he faces off against the robot, the Hunchback. It’s a long and protracted battle, but Kirby is eventually defeated and captured, the Hunchback carrying him off to meet his master. Kirby awakens in a darkened room where an old withered cyborg greets him, calling Kirby ‘son’.
