Here's Beetlemon's mini tutorial. Lowemon's will be on monday, as I have things to do this weekend.Tips Continued
1) He's a tank. Because He's heavily plated, you have to be VERY CAREFUL with how you PLACE THE ARMOR. Too low, and he looks like it doesn't fit him, too high and he'll appear shorter and disproportionate. The neck guard should come JUST ABOVE HIS JAW, that way it covers him without restricting movement.
-Think of a football player's gear, it's EXTREMELY HELPFUL.
-His shoulder armor (pauldrons) are a cross between a SQUARE AND A SEMI-CIRCLE. At his shoulders we see the angular part, however it curves off on the outside.
-His chest plate is fairly simple and should not be too difficult to replicate.
2) Typical 'charging up' pose, this can be before 'Thunder Fist/ Mjollnir Thunder.'
-Unlike some of his fellow legendary warriors, Beetlemon's build is both THICK AND TALL (Agunimon is broad shouldered, but lacks thickness in the rest of his build, Lobomon sacrifices strength for speed, and Lowemon is pretty thin and streamlined).
-His chest should be drawn as a square, and the lower half of his torso (down to the *ahem*) is a rectangle. DO NOT DRAW THIS TO BROAD, he needs strength, however his middle is arguably 5/8 the width of his upper torso. (Once again, football player gear...it was probably a part of his design inspiration because it fits so well.)
3) His eyes are the arguably most hidden (Kaze's are totally hidden, but that's beside the point). This adds an INTENSITY that some of the other warriors (Kuma, Lobo, Lowe) cannot replicate (didn't say Aguni because he's got really expressive eyes). They are incased in an unusual TRAPEZOID, which CAN be hard to draw, but as long as you remember that is connects to his FACE PLATE and helmet, you should be fine because now you have two edges to work with.
4) His gauntlets are huge...no argument there. They are very simple, just think of stairs.
-He also has a small disc on his wrist that shows off a red '+' sign.
-His hands are big as well, and his fingers have sectional joints on them.
Well, I hope this helps you guys!

Sweeeet. You know, now that I think about it I've always loved how they designed him. Even if he is a bug. XD

So is this Beetlemon tutorial. I have the hardest time drawing the probably easiest thing: His eyes.

Actually the easiest thing is his chest plate. The eyes can be very tricky sometimes.

The chest plate isn't too hard, but I'm quite awful at drawing in general- and I'm quite the perfectionist so.... You can see why I run out of sketch paper too much.

Dude, I'm ridiculously over critical of myself. I know how it is.
