I like the design, but her dress part....Have to be honest, it's kinda iffy.
You said the outfit's based on the 1920's, right? Wouldn't it make a bit more sense if she wore a kind of flapper outfit? Just a suggestion though! Otherwise, the overall design's interesting and different, in a good way!
