Why does green work with black so much tho? I mean I've wondered what Tori would look like with diff lipstick and hair highlight color.

Now I wonder tho what this lovely Time cop would look like in diff Neon/Bright Saturated colors...it probably look awesome XD
maybe the color change in her suit is like diff technology she is using at the moment....Like red for weapon? IDK too many ideas going on right now XD

and I've actually tested it out to see how Pip would see her, she still looks awesome.

Maybe Tori, as a more expressive person, could dye her hair different colors and wear lipstick to match?
