Name: Zenith (Zen)

Age: 18

Parents: Starlight Glimmer, Sunburst

Special Talent: Insight. He's quite observant of others, and can give excellent advice as a result.

Bio: Zen isn't much of magician. It's not that he's unskilled in the use of magic but rather he lacks motivation. As it stands he's perfectly happy to just mill about life without a care in the world. This of course drives his prodigal parents completely up the wall. What Zenith lacks in drive he makes up for in critical thinking, being a regular philosopher on all things big and small, and always being more than happy to add his insight on things should they be asked for. He's also the resident "guru" of ponyville, being quite knowledgeable about a multitude of subjects and interests, though never claiming to be an expert in any of them; jack of all trades, master of none, as they say. Zen is probably best thought of as being very slothful, having the potential to do great things, but lacking the motivation or desire to reach for the heights he might achieve. He's childhood friends with Cross Roads, despite being her total opposite, and is always happy to lend an ear or two to help ease her stress.
