Episode X of Network will be uploaded soon. This screencap is a little different, I added a little bit of soft shading to Isamu's face and played around with lighting despite being in broad daylight to show this little moment of despair. While in the last episode, he showed a distinct talent for leading his friends through a tough battle, even though the enemy took a twist upper hand he managed to help them hold their own until Malakhimon intervened on their behalf.

Despite that, in my opinion, this episode, and especially this scene here is where Isamu really cements himself as the leader of this group, even getting an unofficial but unanimous vote from his friends. He's willing to take responsibility for everyone on their team and the blame when things go wrong, and from here on out he resolves to be better prepared, make sure that everyone stays safe and that they don't put anyone else at risk.

Let's see how well that works out, shall we?

After taking an unexpected and longer than intended Hiatus from this story, I have decided to return to the Network, but the thing is that I have greatly improved my art style and technique, so before I move on to new content I decided to revisit the old screencaps!

Again, actually always hated the original a little bit, this one's so much better in terms of the expression and over all technique. Isamu's face came out a little chunkier than intended, but I kind of like it that way. He's not a heavy character and I don't intend to retconn him into one, but I just think it looks really nice so I'm not going to change it.
