I think the guy in the shot was just about to get arrested for drinking alcohol on the beach - the cops were just to the right of this frame - don't know why people can't have fun without bringing alcohol everywhere these days *shakes head*

Bugger that you can see the grad line - i didn't have a tripod with me and didn't realise until it was too late.
