I'm just not sure how Doc can make the reflex hammer look like a threatening weapon, but he pulls it off here. Β Also, I have to agree with ninjapink in that, from the thumbnail, that Rod of Asclepius cutie mark does look like a dollar sign... but wouldn't it be bits in Old Equestria? Β Β

In the RP Doc comes from, he has hurt quite a number of ponies with his medical skills. Most of them accidentally because I'm' just a terrible die roller, but if he wanted to he could do some serious torture to someone with those scalpels and sutures.
