This is the title art for Chapter 5 of my Trixie fanfic, Outlaw mares: [link]My daughter saw this and said that Trixie should hang out with Applebloom because she has the same hat as Applejack. I thought, "why not?"

Pardon me in asking, but could you explain why trixie is such a popular character?

I dunno for sure, but I guess personally I just see such interesting potential in her character to be sorta like a version of Twilight taking a different path. We don't know much about her background, family, what she will do since Magic Duel. She has a talent in some magic too.
So I've been writing an adventure about her and added my own thoughts to it.

Thank you for the reply. Don't get me wrong, trixie has unique features, yet, the nature of the unicorn has rubbed me the wrong way in many instances. More a personal history with that personality type on the wrong end of it that makes me intrinsically wary of the personality. I wonder what people that see the positive in trixie when I see an appeal to trixie as a character. And ask in places like this.

It's cool. I myself like to write stories of her growing up and curbing a lot of that ego. Maybe not all of it, but enough that she's a decent pony most of the time.

A new walk of life, and a different view. And the nice part to every character, they are likeable for their strengths, in addition to their flaws that make them capable and have depth.
