Terms of Service

- I, the artist, retain ownership and exclusive rights of the original artwork, You are only buying the design.
- By purchasing a digital copy of my art, you are being granted limited use. Meaning you are purchasing the digital file for personal use and you agree to follow the agreement below.
- YOU MUST give me “TheDilophoraptor” (deviantart.com/thedilophorapto… ) credit for the original design (even if you have altered the design).
- You may edit them as much as you would like. These are templates, so names, backstory, personalities, and everything else is entirely up to you! For example: names listed on the designs are purely placeholders.
- You may use these designs for OC's, roleplay characters, enhancements of your own artwork, and collaborations.
- Give them a good home!

- DO NOT Re-sell my original artwork. You may resell the design only if you have new art that is wholly separate from mine, and please make sure that credit for the design follows with the reselling.
- Gifting is acceptable ONLY at the time of purchase with the agreement that the rights and ownership remain with the original artist as outlined in this document. In other words, If you pay for the limited use and have the file sent to someone else, you will be transferring the limited use of the digital file that you have been granted to someone else. You are only granted permission to gift the file to ONE individual per transaction. The terms of this agreement transfer to the recipient of the digital file. If the individual gifted does not agree to this document, then the limited rights to use this file is revoked.

- A negotiation for a commercial license for For Profit projects such as comics, shows, and other reproduceable products is available upon request.
- You DO NOT, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES have permission, even with a commercial license, to use the artwork or design in projects such as NFTs or other technologies utilizing a blockchain.
- You DO NOT have permission to use these designs unless I have personally granted you limited use by transaction or in writing.
If credit is not given for original design and/or this agreement is not followed, the limited use I previously granted will be revoked in its entirety and appropriate action against you will be taken.
By purchasing one or more of these Adoptables, you confirm you have read and accept the agreement outlined in this document.
