Description
"A photographer caught this during the midday rush, when Duck was making his way to The Steamworks for an annual service.Thomas and Gordon following until the junction of the Kirk Ronan Branchline for their passenger duties."
Originally set to be the eighth member of the New Series Steam-Team, Duck vanished from our screens for just over half a decade.
Duck is polite, well mannered and knows how to fend for himself, an example being when the big engines went on strike.
Fun Fact?: In the Greek Narration of Thomas & Friends, Duck is female!

I'm actually talking about where his cylinders would be.

They would be inside of his undercarriage between the insides of his wheels like a real 57XX.
But because they used models for the TVS they had to be outside of Duck's body.

You can see Thomas' inside cylinders in some shots of the CGI series too.

It would be cool if there was an alternate reality in which Duck really IS a female and he (or rather "she) is part of the Steam Team. I personally think "her" real name should be Madeline (as opposed to the masculinity that is Montague), and if "she" were to speak in the US dub of the show, "she" would have a Greek accent. That way, in our reality we would have Emily as a Steam Team member, but in another we could have a female version of Duck.
.....And, Emily would have to be a male engine named Ernest.

no I think female duck would be called swan and her real name is Capulet

Good point. Even though swans are actually related to ducks (rather than actually being female ducks), I do understand they're portrayed as feminine. The name Capulet does sound interesting. The reason why I said Madeline is because it begins with the letter M, just like Montague.

I chose capulet because motague was the family of romeo and capulet was the family of juliet

That's a really nice connection! I've read that play before and would have never wanted Duck's female name to be Capulet! Y'know what? Maybe there could be an episode of Thomas in which Duck meets a new Great Western engine named Swan.

Now all we need is a universal portal to travel to that alternate reality so we can actually see that happen.
