This was super fun to make! I had a great time experimenting with colors, and making this thing as fluffy as possible! This is actually a remake of another fake eeveelution I made! Original version here: sta.sh/02c5doz7kja4 I've seen a lot of flying eeveelutions with the same theme of cloud fluff and the blue/white color palette, so I wanted to make something that really stood out from the crowd by focusing it more on birds!

Name: Moucheon (Moe-she-on, Mouche means "fly" in French!)

Species: Flutter Pokemon

Type: Flying

Ability: Aerilate - Normal type moves become flying type.
Hidden Ability: Swift Wings - All flying type moves become priority.

Dex: 1) Moucheon are known for their unrivaled vanity. They may spend hours preening themselves, and if they are not groomed and petted regularly they will grow a distaste for their trainer. 2) This Pokemon's fur is as soft as downy feathers. When they are angered, or need to fly the feathers around this Pokemon's neck and chest will fluff up into large, soft wings.

Evo: Evolves from Eevee when holding a pretty wing
