Made this in Pokemon Art Academy. It's a pretty decent program, not as good as on the computer, but best I've seen on a DS.(Also if you want to see me on MiiVerse, search for AutumnHeart52413)

Pokemon Art Academy is a decent 3DS program, albeit a downgrade from Photoshop.
