Well... This was started as an idea from but then it became something even more cannon.So Mabel was looking to add a new pokemon to her team and had help from Neep to get one. Neep asked why her tummy was being painted like a pokeball and well this was the result. Just next time, Mabel has gotta watch where she dives.
