Aaaanyway, this is a charakter from a story I and a friend of mine is working on^^
(involving a circus, and lots of crazyness)
His name is Jack and is the ring leader of the circus
also he does not always look like that, he has a human form he prefers.

I may tell you guys more later, but I'm just too lazy now X3
