More or less inspired by the villian Randal Boggs from the kids movie Monsters Inc, But I also wanted to make it somewhat my own, Making it more Gecko like, And the character itself is longer limbed and more agile, not limited to simply scaleing walls. He is a result of poor genetic engineering, The splice of a certain Jellyfish breed, successfully used for glowing spiders, combined with the already current reptillian DNA, Gave him the ability to rapidly change the color of his skin with a mere thought or temperature change, While the spiked strands down his back have small balls or plates in the ends of them that have the odd ability to actually glow while changeing. However, Unlike Randal Boggs, He cannot turn invisible. His pupils also have the ability to change and glow, even more brightly then his spines.

His name is Vinnie Zinc.

He is a sly reptillian with a mean streak, and when in need, the mind of a criminal. Yet he's not all bad, he can be extremely protective infact. he thinks he's evil, though. and being sneaky about things, even though he doesnt need to, is a bit of a hobby. He likes to show off his abilities alot, flickering and sometimes turning rainbow-ish.
