The Shadow Government consists of a variety of political figures and corporate concerns seeking to circumvent the civic process and overcome regulatory and market forces in implementing their agenda. The Einherjar are men and women who served in the military, believed to have been killed in action. But in reality, they were brought back to life and administered all sorts of combat body augmentations.
