I use:
- Pencils (I hate pens)
- Colored pencils/crayons
- My MacBook or my iPad for reference
Sometimes when I do digital art (like this ) use Photoshop, an Apple Magic Mouse 2, and ABSOLUETLY NO SKELETALS. I just look up the classification of the dinosaur and draw away.

I don't want to be accurate, well, most of the time. Sometimes all I need is a classification. For marginocephalians and thyreophorans, because of their unique features, I use references - but they are life restorations, not skeletals.
Also I want to avoid shrink-wrapping, because when I do use a skeletal they look shrink-wrapped to me.

I just use a mouse, Maybe a skeletal from Scott Hartman, and GIMP as my editing software.
Also, what's the glass thing in the back left with what i assume is a stick and some water in it?

3. lay paper on top of said skeletal and draw

Me too. (Well, different brands, but generally the same materials).
(And without the dubstep and geometry things)

No geometry? It makes proportioning and poses so much more easy

I do use a ruler sometimes, but not always (I'm pretty good at getting the proportions right without them).

The thing is that you can measure degrees, which is pretty awesome for figuring out how far something can bend or open.
