Too visible to prey, especially since dinosaurs have colour vision.
And before you say "but sauropods are slow", sauropods aren't the only prey, and due to their size they have long strides which actually makes them surprisingly fast.

And marabous aren't analogous to a giant macropredatory theropod (I only mention them re: Hatzegopteryx as an example of how much damage a long beak can do to large animals)
