You know i will absolutely completely agree with your description. What happened in the dark ending was just horrific and not right.
Having failed and lost every thing even the person you love, and then been crushed by a space ship was just horrible. But been bought back to life knowing that you have nothing left to live for and having no free will but to serve the very person who toook every thing from you forever, until your no longer needed is just not right.
And that doesn't completely describe what i think of that armour !

i always loved the dark ending....it was always awesomne....i kinda enjoyed how he screams in the end....with the medical droids poking at him with needles...i would think it'd be wicked to have metal fused to the body.....

Ya, the dark-side endding was not a feel good ending. It gives you a better feel of the fullness of Vaders/Starkillers failure though. Costume was coolness

dude, i just beat force unleashed on sith lord, and i got both the armor and the black saber crystal(the area is surprisingly tough to get to. timing the double-jump and dash was hell)

i love the black lightsaber and the sith stalker costume...the sith ending is most unfortunate...but the jedi ending is what really happened
