Yikes! This is a rarity from Blaze.Naturally the character is more reserved, opting to wear boyshorts over the likes of bikini bottoms and thongs. Blaze is tomboyish through and through, so make the most of the rare moments when she does deciede to don something a lot more revealing then usual.
I randomly made this when I was attempting to tweak the Blaze model. I thought it turned out to be a pretty cool picture that captures a rare moment when Blaze actually shows off her rather... umm... nice figure.

Heh, well she does tend to leave a fair amount of skin exposed with her outfits, but certainly not this much on the norm. She's not really a bikini girl, she prefers wearing shorts if she was to go out swimming or the such

It's sometimes occured to me that some of the other female charaters might be a bit envious that Blaze is the slightest and, it seems, shortest of your characters and yet, let me put this carefully, the best endowed and proportioned of them all. Obvious in her most conservative moments.

This is an older image I made when still getting to grasps with the software I use to protray my characters, and thus is a very rare image as Blaze barely ever wears a bikini set on beaches or any other similar style locations that require such an attire. She's not actually the shortest either, standing at 5'10 as Fira is a little shorter, but I see the point that you make.
As for Eppy and Fira, I'm sure they are proud of their own figures rather then being jealous of Blaze, but Blaze is well built, credit to her lifestyle and her past as she was conditioned to have a suitable figure for her combat style.

I know that her stats say Blaze's tall but the renders tend to make her look shorter for some reason. Maybe cause she's usually wound up like a spring or a cat ready to pounce (minus the tail flicks unless her back waist cape does that!).
She's so full of contradictions and, sometimes, shady motives. As she's so new if must be fun to fill all that in unless it can get overwheling. As you said, her past has a lot to do with it as does, I suspect, the loss of her husband and one true love of her life. (Story line all by itself worked properly).

I find nothing wrong that she is mostly tomboyish but it is nice to see her be more "revealing"
