When the twins finally broke apart from their unified state, it was more then evident that both Eclipse and Lin would prevail, having endured through the worse attacks. With Fira weakened, Lin pressed on, powering through a desperate fire bolt as Fira stumbled back, trying to muster the strength to fly from Lin before she was within reach. The pyrokinetic was too late, as Lin’s muscular arms managed to catch her around the torso, bringing Fira into a powerful embrace she had no hope of escaping. Even with her damaged shoulder, Lin applied enough pressure to cause some hurt to Fira without seriously damaging her, just as a warning to show her what she was capable of.
“Try and throw another fireball at me again and I assure you I will hold you a lot tighter.” Lin spoke, as Fira squirmed in her grasp, crying out in a little pain.
“Dammit! I’ll get you for this!” Fire exclaimed back.

“Well met Eclipse.” Freza could only say as Eclipse managed to tackle into her, bringing her down to the ground as she placed her hand over her face, her energy already channelled to fire a moderate blast if Freza so much as tried anything with her powers. “I swear you grow stronger every time you meet. You never used to be able to touch us, now you can best us on a good day.” Freza mentioned, her tone and manners of a more sophisticated approach then her sister’s.
“You are kind to say so, I have my friend Lin to thank for my victory this time however.” Eclipse spoke in a polite tone, looking to Lin to see her in control of her side of the battle. Lin nodded with a smile to Eclipse, and soon enough, sirens began to echo in the air, signalling the arrival of the authorities to take the twins back into custody.

Seems we return to our feature images, the first of a fair few to come after a late development I decieded to do with these feature images. Thought I'd go with Lin first, going with her "Fantastic Lin" look from Angel Falls, given its a super hero group here on DA. Made sense to give her that role whilst teamed up with one of my own heroines Eclipse.

Given the last feature image, its more then clear that both Lin and Eclipse are already friends, and so I can see the pair would work generally well together despite their vast difference in abilities. Despite what you see of the outcome in this fight on the image, I can imagine it was a pretty close combat given Fire and Freeza are certainly no push overs.

Whether through luck, stubborness or good old teamwork, it seems Eclipse and Lin managed to prevail in this image, brining down both the twins before either party could seriously hurt the other. Given the twins are not too bad as villains go, I don't think there was a life threatening amount of danger, but Lin and Eclipse still had to bring down these criminals...
