Statue of a famous Samurai outside the imperial palace in tokyo. If you look closely at the mouth of the horse, you can see part of the birds nest that has camped there.Related content

I think this is the Great warrior Takeda Shingen of the Takeda clan. This is a great statue and the angle gives it even more power. Great picture

the three unifiers were Tokugawa Ieyasu, Oda Nobunaga, and Hideyoshi Toyotomi, i think....

the funny thing was i took it as i was walking by, cause the rest of my tour group had gone ahead, so the angle was just a coincidence

That's not Oda Nobunaga. He has nothing to do with the imperial house.
That's the statue of Kusunoki Masashige, a famous guerilla master, who fought for the Emperor Go-Daigo.

Reminds me of that crazy horse that ate a kid in Brothers Grimm.....I guess that was a little random. I like that statue, makes me want to see Japan even more so than before.
