a warm up painting i did this afternoon with a client that went into refinement. quite happy how it turned out... mainly because i havent been touching painting in a while to focus on some 3d stuff
i've been on a barbarian/viking kick lately so i think more of these are probably gonna get churned out when i get the time to paint
also, im realizing that i have a belt problem..... im modelling my previous barbarian concept and that thing is super troublesome because of the damn belts! XD so i thought, why try to fight it when i can embrace it.... AND ADD MORE BELTS!! XD

Mustaches' are the ultimate source of power, it is a living thing, and if it doesn't breathe, the merc has no power. The mustache hole is very thought out, my good sir.

this is an amazing piece but im sorry all i can think is that that guy in the center has an amazing mustache, i dont know why i guess its because the like is so crisp while most of the others in the image are not to the same degree. Β
